We’re based in Orpington, but cover a wide range of areas including all areas of Kent, West and East Sussex, London and Essex. We’ll also travel further afield if you require it – just contact us to find out more.

Of course – all it will cost you is a cup of tea! We’ll visit you at your home to discuss your ideas and vision, and assess the level of work required. We’ll discuss your options for design, choices of products and installation, before giving you a fully costed and itemised quote.

If you don’t like the quote, we’re happy to review it and see if there are areas where savings could be made. However, there’s no hard sell from us. If you feel you can achieve what you’re looking to do for a lower price with someone else, we won’t try to pressure you to stick with us.

However, we would always encourage you to consider the quality of service and workmanship as well as the price when you’re considering a quotation for a new kitchen, bedroom or bathroom. We’re confident that when you weigh these things up together, we will always come out on top.

Primarily I work on my own. However, for certain projects I will bring in other trusted and vetted team members to ensure the work is carried out in a timely way and to my own high standards.

Of course. As part of the design service, we’ll talk about how you use your kitchen and what your preferences are, before recommending some designs and options to suit you. Of course, we’ll discuss all these options in depth with you, to make sure you’re entirely happy with your choices.

Every project is different, and the time taken to complete the work will depend on a number of things, such as the amount of work needed, how long it will take for the manufacture and supply of any bespoke units, the level of finish required, and so on. However, whenever we’re providing a cost quotation for a kitchen, bedroom or bathroom project, we’ll also give you an estimate of how long the work will take.

Because we’ve been in the industry for so long and have strong relationships with suppliers, we know the common pitfalls and issues that can arise during a project, and so we can give very reliable estimates of timescales that minimise the risks of nasty surprises.

Of course. We’ll only consider your project to be completed when any dirt, mess or waste has been cleared away, and you’ve told us that you’re happy with the work. This means you can quickly get on with enjoying your new kitchen, bathroom or bedroom, without having to worry about clearing up after us.

We have full public liability insurance to the value of £2 million.
